Wake-Up Call
This free service is available upon request at the Reception.

Check-Out Time
Rooms should be vacated by 11:00 AM, or by 10:00 AM for groups. If you wish to keep your room beyond this time on the day of departure, please contact the Reception.

Safe Deposit Box
A safe is available free of charge in the wardrobe of your room. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the safe.

Housekeeping Service
Daily cleaning is available for all our guests. If you would like to request daily cleaning, please hang the "Please clean my room" sign on the outside of your door handle.

Upon request, we are happy to provide:

  • additional bathroom amenities and toiletries

  • extra blankets and pillows

  • additional towels

For any other requests related to room cleaning or setup, please contact the Reception.

Air Conditioning / Heating
All common areas and guest rooms in our hotel are air-conditioned and heated. You can adjust the temperature using the remote control provided in your room or the thermostat on the radiator below the window. For assistance, please contact the Reception.

Beds
The beds are 90 x 200 cm in size. All beds are equipped with mattress protectors.

Technical Service
If you notice any technical issues, please contact the Reception.

"Do Not Disturb"
You will find a “Please do not disturb” card in your room. Please hang it on the outside door handle if you do not wish to be disturbed.

TV
The service provider reserves the right to change channels. All apartments are equipped with smart TVs. For further questions or requests, please contact the Reception.

Ironing
An iron is available in each apartment. An ironing board can be provided upon request.

Massage
Book a relaxing and refreshing massage at our Reception. Our excellent professionals ensure total relaxation and rejuvenation. Massages are available in-room. Please inform our Reception staff of your request so we can schedule your appointment with the masseurs as soon as possible.

 

Laundry and Sewing Service
Please fill out the laundry order form found in your wardrobe, place your clothes in the provided laundry bag, and contact the Reception. Laundry service prices can also be found in the wardrobe. For sewing services, please call the Reception.

BOOKING POLICIES

Guaranteed reservation and deposit
All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed by a credit card! The guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit.
We accept cash and credit card (VISA and Mastercard) for payment at Florin Apart Hotel: EUR, HUF, GBP, USD are accepted for payment.

Check in time: from 2 p.m.
Check out time: until 11 a.m.

Early arrivals and late departures
In order to make check-in as smooth as possible we kindly ask you to inform us about the approximate time of your arrival. Check-in is possible from 2.00 pm. while you are required to check-out by 11.00 am. Should your travel arrangements require a different schedule we are able to offer you a storage for your luggage for the time being.

Cancellation of individual bookings
Reservations at Florin Apart Hotel are most of the cases free to cancel more than 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation rules can vary depending on the rate type you choose. Please, take special attention to the cancellation policies during the booking procedure. In case of late cancellation we are obliged to charge a cancellation fee.

Child policy
1 child under the age of 6 stays free of charge in their parents room in babybed. It must be requested in advance

According to the amendment of the 2016 CLVI.law, from 1st September 2021, all accommodation service providers are obliged to record idnetification domuments (e.g. ID cards, passports) of all guests using the document reader upon check-in. The system protects the rights, security and property of the date subject and others. In the absence of presenting the document, the accommodation provider will refuse the accommodation service.
